I'm selling my 2003 Nissan 350Z. It's currently on Ebay. You can find it by following this link. Details, a 2003 350Z with just under 79k miles on it. I'm selling it in stock form, but have other items I'd consider selling to set it up for BS in Solo if there's interest. Contact me for more information!

So what could it be that made me purchase yet another domain name?
My wedding! Well, that actually made me purchase two.
The first one being HorsesandCars.com, which I purchased a few weeks back.
The second one however, I purchased and setup yesterday. For the wedding my goal is to weight 200lbs, what I did when football started senior year of ...

Well, it's been just over two months since I picked up the Project 240Z from Krekeler. Today I successfully pulled the motor and transmission from the car.
It took me a few hours today, in some of the hottest weather of the year. If you watch in the video below you'll see I aim the fan at me whenever I move around the car :)
Also in the video, ...

Here are my runs from today, except for Run 4, which of course would have been the cool one because I hit cones on the camera side, but of course I checked to make sure the camera was recording right before I ran, and apparently turned it off.
Run 1 ended up getting a rerun due to a downed cone.
Run 2
Run 3
Run 5

Here's a quick video of me out in the garage today. Funny to watch, though not much progress to be seen.

Well, it's been nearly a month since I last worked on the 240Z, had a few events in there, July 4th, and various other activities keeping me away from the car, but mostly it was just me being lazy.
So today I spent a couple hours out in the garage wrenching. I got just about everything left that needs to be disconnected to pull the motor ...

This looks pretty darn sweet.
2007 Nissan 350Z GT-S Concept revealed: production possible
A small team of Nissan development engineers working in their spare time have transformed a 350Z into a highly tuned 'Saturday Special.' Called the GT-S, the supercharged super coupé is a performance-focused version of Nissan's acclaimed 'Z-'car' and is ...

Just a quick post. It's getting late, and I'm sick so I should probably take some nyquil and hit the sack.
I picked up the new Z today, tonight actually. Thanks to Dave from SoloPerformance.com for lending me his services again, just like last week.
We got the car home around 8:45 this evening. After a few minutes of trying to get it up the ...

How many Zs is too many? I hope not 3, because Sunday evening a 3rd Z will be making its way to the driveway!
I'm picking up Lynn's 78 280Z 2+2 for parts. So, that begs the question, how many Zs is too many?
I also came across a website that has quite a few custom parts that I may have to acquire for the project. www.arizonazcar.com has what ...

Dave and I went and picked up the newest project today.
A 1973 240Z, and also a 1983 280ZX motor. Here are some pics. More blogging about this project and its future later tonight! I'm off to take part of the L28ET motor apart and see what it looks like on the inside.

Andy's got the Z for the weekend. He's off to a Test and Tune to try to figure out if we can work around the ''flaws'' that the Z has. He's having a special guest driver come in to help with the tuning of the car. He's got 4 front sway bars, new Hawk HPS pads, and 4 new 710s to play with.
Here's to hoping he can figure out our ice mode issues!

It's been a long few weeks for me. It all started with the St. Louis region driver's school three weekends ago and culminated today with the Walnut Ridge ProSolo. The driver's school went well, the Walnut Ridge National Tour went even better.
The Walnut Ridge ProSolo though was far from good. The event itself was great, organized and run very ...

We got into town early this afternoon. I ended up filling up with gas before I got out of St. Louis, that was a mistake, 200 miles later I still have a half a tank. So I drove the car to the hotel tonight rather than leaving it at the event site, needed to burn off as much gas as I can before tomorrow.
We got setup and Andy did the novice intro ...

The first Cone Clinic was held today at the first day of the Walnut Ridge national tour. A great thanks goes out to the Hollis' for instructing all of the drivers today. We each got 12 runs, had a blast and a great time getting the rust out from almost 6 months off!
We start at 9am tomorrow. As last year, the town has welcomed everyone with open ...

I got my Novice Permit and copy of the GCR in the mail on Friday. I also got my confirmation from the St. Louis region for my entry into the Driver's School, though they didn't seem to get my number correct, 59 instead of 69, I need to follow up with them to see what happened there.

I spent 20+ hours over the last 3 days upgrading the mapping system for SCCAForums.com. The map was getting awful cluttered once I imported all of the track data that we were provided.
You can now filter the map results based on program type (Solo, Club, Track and Other), as well as by class within each of those program types. Check out the map ...

I've gone and posted a version of the Autocross Handbook at http://sccaforums.com/programs/solo/solohandbook.aspx. I'll be editing/updating it over the coming months to get it a little more inline with today's SCCA Solo scene.

Just a quick update I made to the site this evening. Links inside forum posts now open in a new window! This has been a much requested feature, and the software update from last night allowed me to finally implement this.

Some of you know me, many of you don't. Here's a quick summary about one of your friendly neighborhood admin's. For more information check out my personal site.
I've been active in the SCCA for 6 years now. I began autocrossing my 1994 Golf in 2000. From the Golf I quickly moved to a 1999 Camaro Z-28 and ran in F Stock for two years. After a ...

Now that I've finally finished off the 2005 Pick The Winners contest I'll be getting back to the Mapping system here in the next couple of days. The first thing I'm going to implement is the import process of all of the track locations that Josh Sirota was kind enough to provide. After that we'll be implementing a few new features, including class ...

I had SBC (at&t) up until last night, but luckily I got those dirty rats to drop me from my 1yr commitment so I can get off their DSL lines. Since moving in in November we've had nothing but problems. Charter is coming out to run the cable lines to the house on Thursday and after that we'll be back up and running on Pipeline. I even got 6 ...
