    Kenny SCHRADER at the BoC

St. Louis Motorsports Review has posted the Kenny SCHRADER segment at the Banquet of Champions online; select "Features". It is pretty entertaining for any race fan. http://www.stlmotorsportsreview.com/  There is also a shorter "interview" from the same event.

Re: Kenny Wallace at the BoC

One point of clarification............that is Ken Schrader who was the guest speaker.

Congratulations Mike on winning your second SCCA Rallycross Stock Rear National Championship.

Mike, along with the other national champs Randy Blackwell (54 years old won an AMA motorcycle national title), Kyle Weatherman (a 12 year old INEX Bandolero Champ) and the three UMP national champs (United Midwestern Promoters stock cars) Russell Eilers, Bobby Dauderman, and Bob Zbinden, had their picture taken with Schrader.

Schrader will have a special this spring at I-55 Raceway where you can drive a modified for about $275 for ten laps and if you purchase a pre-race pit pass and a World of Outlaw sprint car ticket to go with it the cost is $299.

Schrader has an interesting take on the world of NASCAR............check out the video Mike mentions.

The banquet ceremonies will be on the TV show St. Louis Motorsports Review within a couple of weeks.

There were a couple of great memories from the banquet...........Morgan Keyser, who is a Jr. Dragster racer, saying that drag racing was more difficult than circle track racing (which if they include that clip you'll see one of the emcees react as if those were fightin' words) and the great-grandmother and five-time sand drag racing champ Gladys Edwards who ask Schrader a question after he gave her the Ambassador Award.  Watch the clip (again, the same emcee showed everyone how many uses there are for a suit coat).
