Looking at a trailer, is this a good deal?

I'm looking at a very good condition 2006 Haulmark 24' trailer in silver. Guy said he has used it twice and he appears to be telling the truth as the trailer and tires looked brand new. Underbody showed no rust (only surface) or mud.

The features it has are: 10k GVW. White interior, extra wide rear entrance door, left and right "camper style" doors, 8k lb winch, power tounge, vents, lights. He also upgraded the D rings as well and it has a new spare tire (wow!)

The guy wants 8000$ for it, said this configuration would cost about 12,000$ new. Is this a decent deal?

    Thanks in advance.

That's about what I paid for a new Pace Shadow back in 99, of the same size with a 36 inch side door, dove tail ramp, aluminimum decking on the ramp door, white interior with aluminum on the side, fiber board ceiling, one roof vent, and two interior lights.  If it has been hardly used, no damage, not a bad deal IMHO...especially considering the power tongue lift...I'd off 7K and go from there though...
