I realize that jbrennen had already posted an indexed list, and that I'm a bit late, but attached is a PDF of the El Toro Pro Solo Index results. These use the Pro Solo Index factors, not the PAX/RTP factors. Also, the "Actual Times" from the Indexed Classes are shown already Indexed.
I have attached a new, revised, updated version. This list should be using all of the correct 2008 factors.
My purpose in re-posting this info is, simply, to try and provide a more user friendly format. I should be able to post Index results from future Pros in a much more timely manner.
