O hello every one, Here is my situation. I just found out that SCCA holds track trials about 3 hours away from me. So im really wanting to go,since its so much closer than the usal road courses i go to. But here is my problem. all my credits are with NASA.. I graduated up threw there HPDE tier program. With NASA Texas. So i graduated from all that. and got my Time trial license, and i have been running TT with Nasa for a while now. I have won my TT class with NASA TX twice, and also qualified to go to there Mid Ohio Nationals. Along with with NASA events i do Redline time attack, I just recentley competed in the GTLIVE/Redline Time attack at VIR. along with GTLIVE at VIR i have done ITR EXPO at VIR
Soo my question is.. Would i have to do the SCCA HPDE program? i really dont want to do it all over again. But i do like the idea of TT events being so close to home. IS there a way an instructor could just go out with me in my first session, just for his sake, so he will know i can drive and that i am able to compete.
and also my car is fully built into a track car with cage and harneses. This want be my first time around the block
and yes i did contact the region holding the event, and the guy i did talk to, told me i would have to wait till the event got more planned out.
soo i figured i would ask you guys for your OP.
Thanks in advance!
