What is the difference between FC, FF, F2000?

Can someone explain the basic differences between FC, FF, F2000?  Or point me somewhere that does so.  Scanning the GCR it isn't that clear.  I may be interested in a VD RF95 listed as FC\F2000.

    Thanks

With a rule change last year I think all FC cars are F2000.  FC used to allow motorcycle power, but they moved the MC powered cars out this year.

FF is basically FC without wings, and a 1.6 liter engine instead of a 2.0.

A good site for formula car info is http://www.apexspeed.com.
