New to boards, so I'll introduce myself. My name's Todd. (Hi Todd!) I've got 04 MSM and I'm in the hunt for a set of AutoX wheels and tires. Now I've got some solutions, but I'm curious what other MSM's are running.
My current major question, how wide of a tire are guys running (to the MSM peeps)?
I'm currently thinking about running
1.) 245/45/16 Hoosier A6's on a 16 x 8, (ENKEI RP-F1)
3.) 255/50/16 SAME AS ABOVE
2, ) 225/50/16 or 265/45/16 Kumho V710 on a 16 x 8 (ENKEI RP-F1)
3.) 225/X/15 A6 or V710 on a 15 x 7/8 (949Racing 6UL)
I'm not sure if that's overkill, just right, completely obscene, etc. Most of the non-MSM guys are running 15 x 7s, but I'm not sure if that's a fair comparision. Anyone care to shed some light on this topic. I can and will run anything, I'm just trying to figure out what works.
