Here is another picture of the whole thing (and the link it self as well) so things will be a bit more clear. The "A" area is where I think ProSolo might make sense. The "B" area is where currently local clubs are running their events. Basically they would just go around the block in either direction. The "C" area is enclosed portion used by the State police. And, the "D" area is where the paddock and entrance are.
