Thanks, he did get in touch with me.
Eric, sorry -- I didn't see your reply to the thread. I forget the exact weight, but the one time the car was on the scales in race trim, it was in the mid-2900s. The car could be lighter than that still (remove harness bar, remove non-permanently attached trunk liner, run Hoosiers, etc.) -- I'm guessing around 2900 flat is doable.
The car's rated at 225 lb. ft. of torque at the crank, stock. I dyno tested it with both the stock exhaust and an aftermarket piece that I had custom made for the car -- with either exhaust, it made around 187 lb. ft. at the wheels.
The car's currently bone-stock, including the exhaust and the aforementioned shocks, but I have all of the race parts still. If the car sells without the race parts, then I'm willing to sell them separately, but not until then.
I had a very extensive pre-purchase inspection done by the local Porsche dealer yesterday (they even noticed the aftermarket wheel studs!) -- the car turned out pretty clean. I'll try to get this scanned and posted tonight if the car's still for sale by then.
Thanks,
Steve
