Anybody care to comment on the spring rates?

Keep a 20% difference front to rear (rear being stiffer) and go with rates above what you've listed, or find a coilover that will take a more standard 2.5" coil. Honestly it depends on what springs are available for your coilover an advantage to the ZZYZX and other US based designed you can pick and choose your rates from Eibach or Hypercoil, rather than being stuck with kg/mm rates and only those available for your setup.

I guess you're stuck with 10/12. I think the WRX needs more than that, but not available in the K world unless you can find 1/2 k rates out there. I think 10.5k front, 13 or 13.5k rear or something like that for the WRX. Depends on the surface you run on and if you're planning to be nationally competitive or not. Double adjust able height is a very nice thing to have, and seperate bound/rebound is a must.

    FSB situation?

My preferance on Street Touring Subaru's is no swaybars.

My preferance on non stock class race tire equipped Subaru's is stock front bar, no rear bar.

    Tune with springs and dampers.

I'm am one of very few who beleives this. Most will tell you bigger is better for all bars. I think no bar all around is best. Camber curve can be an issue, but with the right spring rates and the fact that your on street tires it is much less of an issue. Perhaps a SPD tuning special 17mm or 16mm front bar and no rear if you have to have a bar up front.
