I was curious which region has the highest trophy percentage for participants (and didn't want to do the math).

has anybody done this?

This is where the MN folks start cursing because our club (MAC) is not affiliated with the SCCA, so we all use like three different regions. (LoL, Iowa, Milwaukee)

15 people from Badlands Region came to Nats (13 of them rookies) and 5 went home with trophies=33%

 

Edit: 4 drivers in AS (3 trophies), 2 drivers CS (1 trophy), 2 drivers CSL, 2 drivers DS (1 trophy), 1 driver ASP, 2 drivers ESP

1996 Provincial AS Champion
2008 KC Tour-CS Trophy winner
2008 Nationals Rookie-CS Trophy winner
2009 Houston Tour-CS winner

We lose on trophy percentage- 40 drivers, (9 rookies, none in FJr) 11 trophies = 27%

Trophy percentage seems rather silly:

Middle-o-nowhere region sends 1 driver who trophys.... whoa 100% trophy percentage!

Wow, that's great.

 

 

 

I have attached a PDF showing Entry Count by Region.  Keep in mind that this does not include folks who were disqualified.  Somehow, I seemed to have missed two entries, but I'm not going to look for them.  :-)

Looks like Texas was the big winner.  Good job!!

I have replaced my original PDF with the one that is now attached at 8:00am 9/23/08 CST.  I found that one of the missing entrants went to Colorado.  Still can't assign one (plus the unknown).  I quit.

28 people who listed Washington DC Region as their region of record (i mention this because there are more who are dual region people), 13 got trophies = 46%

What about most tropheys per region. Milwaukee region had 17.  Of that 5 were national champs!
