Ahhh...good luck.  ;)  Sorry I can't help directly...there are lots of hotels on the Bluemound Road area of Brookfield, try a search there.  Only an easy 10 minute drive to the site.  There is a Golf Tourny in Milwaukee that weekend and rooms can be hard to find.  Prices tend to go up too.

After a business trip in '06, I went to see the Indians play the Brewer at Miller Park, and stayed at a Courtyard Marriott in Brookfield.  Traffic was backed up because of rush hour, but in normal conditions it was probably only 10-15 minutes away, in a nice area, and I got the room for like $40-50 a night.

I am in the super 8 at Milwaukee west...good reviews online and since its just going to serve as a place for sleepage I dont mind.

If you go direct through the super 8 website I think it is like 69 bucks a night.

Hmm.  I know I went through Priceline, and I booked it less than 5 days before the game (which was a Friday night).  I can't find the receipt because its been two years, and the priceline e-mails don't list what my offer was.  Its usually pretty easy getting the hotel that you want on Priceline, because you can search the hotels by star rating for the standard booking method, and then select that star rating for the name your own price booking method.  I know I've also stayed at a Courtyard in downtown Cincinnati for $50 or so a night, when other people were bragging about getting it for $90 with their AAA discount.  Wink
