Pizza [pi] Region BBQ / party

Party!!! If you're a StL Region member, you should have gotten an evite about a week ago, but if you didn't, can get all the details at this page http://www.evite.com/app/publicUrl/RZKZYIDSIBLWCNRQYOMS/stlsccabbq.  It starts at noon, but feel free to come out when you can.  We'd love to have a big turnout as this is instead of our June general meeting.

If you did not get an evite, that means you are not on the Region email list.  You can be added to this list by either signing up for it at our website OR go to www.scca.com and register your email with the national office.  I'd recommend going to the national site even know that site is a bit vague and you'll have to browse around a minute to find the right link.

Please RSVP as soon as you can so we can buy the right amount of meat.  Hope to see you all there.  I think Arshad and Jeef said they are willing to provide the entertainment, so think of something you'd like them to do to entertain you Big Smile  Seriously though, I hope to have some washers there and anything else you want.  Hopefully this will be the first of an annual thing and we're not sure what everybody wants to do.  If it's sit in lawn chair and eat, drink, & visit, that's great too.

We've got some other plans that bracket the BBQ. I might be able to come out for a bit and steal a beer.

    Re: Region BBQ / party

The rsvp's are coming in kinda slow.  This is only three weeks away and we'd love to have a lot of people come out.  But if you want to eat with us, we need to know you're coming.  Just fill out the evite or email me and let me know how many.

    Re: Region BBQ / party

Have a company function that takes the Rick's & Whitworth's to another event that day.  It's a neat idea though.

Oops, sorry about that.  We had the pavillion til 5 or so and hadn't had anybody new come by since about 2, so we kinda packed up and started heading out about then.  Surprised we didn't meet on the way out though.
