    Autocross Pre-Registration Question

My local region of the SCCA (Snake River Region) is looking into the possibilities of starting up pre-registration for our events. What are some good sites or  programs out there to use, what is everyone else using? Would like some input so we can start searching and get something setup for our club.

     Thanks.

    http://www.dlbracing.com

    http://myautoevents.com

    http://www.motorsportreg.com

We use dlbracing in DC for events with about 270 people per event and have been happy with it so far.

One thing to look at if you are doing online pre pay is do they support getting the weekend memberships online(big time and hassle saver there) or would you need to process that by hand at the event?  Right now DLB is coming real soon for online SCCA weekend memberships.  MAE says they have it working (I have not tried it)  and I do not know about motorsportsreg

I made my own... works better than all the rest and if it breaks I can fix it.  Trying to work with SCCA to get a membership list every week to do weekend memberships.  Currently being used by Southern WV and about to be implemented on Steel Cities.

    Re: Autocross Pre-Registration Question

Since you're apparently already using AXware for timing/scoring/points in your region, my $0.02 is to look at their AXware ORM offering:

It's not a free service, but is probably the best integration option for simplifying the pre-reg process.....

    Re: Autocross Pre-Registration Question

Do you want prepay as well as prereg? Then all three listed provide that service. The costs and difficulty of setup vary widely. make sure you look at all the costs as some describe the cost structure differently.

If you just want prereg and can accept data in standard formats then look at MyAutoEvents as they do not charge as long as you don't need prepay.

MyAutoEvents provided free listings until early last year.  Now it's $35 to just list it with no pre-pay functions.  If you do pre-pay they'll waive the $35 if you get a minimum number of signups.
