hehe... good.  I figured it was STS.

Now if I understand correctly... if I change the front brakes (oversized) that would put me in yet a different class too?  Seems odd to me that major suspension work doesn't, but brakes would

It's called rules.  Each class has a set of rules applied to it, whether some make sense or not is up to debate.  Most people choose one of two options: 1) build your car how you want and run in whatever class it puts you in and go have fun, or 2) build your car to the extent of a particular class you want to compete in and go have fun.  Either way it's a blast, you just have to choose which path makes the most sense for you personally.

Anyone think a Fit would have a chance in hell in HS? Just thinking of getting one to play with.  :)

Also, I assume the paddle shifting automatic would not be a good idea compared to the standard transmission, right?

I've got a fit sport w/manual. Just picked up an extra set of wheels. My hoosier 205's from my type-r should fit fine so I'm considering it. Handling is great, low weight, why let low hp and torque ruin my day....

What brake changes constitute  a class change out of STS?   Can I change the rotors (keeping the size) but change the caliper to a 4 piston instead of the stock 1 piston?
