Newport, Arkansas Pro Solo Index Results

    Attachment: ArkansasPro_Index.pdf

Attached is a PDF of the Newport, Arkansas Pro Solo Index results.  These use the Pro Solo Index factors, not the PAX/RTP factors. Also, the "Actual Times" from the Indexed Classes are shown already Indexed.  I'm not certain if these are computed from what will be the "Final" results.  These were computed from what said "Sunday" results of the SCCA website.  I have no way of being certain that these will be the last results posted or that they include all of the runs..

they updated the pdf file, but not the html

the complete results are at http://www.scca.com/documents/resultfiles/12135_Newport%20Sun%20provisional.pdf

index would be useless because you are in essence not taking the top times but rather a sum of times.....they really should use fastest time for challenges, not average.

Alex,  I don't know what kind of weird math they used but the index times don't make any sense.  If you took my total time and divided by 3 it should be 47.2 they had me at 46.7. ESP

    Mark,

Just like a dual course pro, your challenge index is based on class winners best RAW times.  So if you add your best RAW times you will get the correct 46.7 index.

Said another way, if you know you hit a cone during a class comp run, best to bail and slow down before the finish so it does not count against you in the Challenge.  Lessons learned the hard way....

Thanks for clearing that up I didn't realize that they counted runs with cones.

And I want to redeem myself...and see if I can stay within oh....3 seconds of Mr. Madarash in the big black stupid fun car...

So now the real question is...do I come to Atlanta for that Pro or not...stupid cones ruinin my life.

I will say one thing...I know most don't like the single course pro format but I sure had fun even though I did suck driving.
