so, dumbasses in Madison can't work a fucking roundabout. I came up to the roundabout in the right hand lane to go around the outside lane. I stopped/yielded for the cars to go by. I came to a rolling stop cause it was a red yield sign, and when the truck on the outside passed, I merged into it because the Acura TL on the inside didn't get into the outside lane like she was going to exit the next exit. and when I merged into the roundabout, I got beside her, and then she just turned across the lanes and merged on top of us into my left fender. luckily my gf was in the car, so I have a witness to the whole thing that can back me up...but unluckily, she's been going to the chiropractor and she was hurt a little bit in the accident. and the cop was a total stupidbutt, too. he was saying I was responsible because I "should have yielded". apparently, yield to him is waiting till every single car is out of the roundabout. I told him I slowed down and waited for the cars to pass before merging into traffic, and he kept barking at me "no you have to yield to the car in the roundabout!!!!". I don't know if the damage is structural, or not. luckily, the other person's insurance
