    Good time indeed.

It will be interesting to see how many Hoosiers at the top of the PAX list.

    Brad and Co,

Very nice job on a very, very nice event. To anyone who didn't come to the event, you missed a great one!

    Thanks for your work!

Looks like a Hoosier fest at the top, didn't see a Kumho R comp until #25.  Speaking of, how do we claim our free tires for a win in class for Hoosier?  I filled out the registration form online and they mailed me the decals, is there another form to turn in to get the tires/certificate for tires?  Do you have to get a size that you use on the car?

Fill out and fax in this form:  https://www.hoosiertire.com/sccaredf.htm

    Here's the rules:  https://www.hoosiertire.com/SCCAawdg.htm

They are generally pretty flexible if they know what is going on, so if you have questions just ask them.

Regarding?   I know there was a DNS due to the driver running the course during set up to help with it.   He knew it would DNS him, but wanted to help.  That the one?

There was also an issue with the Dragon.  It broke during Brianne's first run (trailing arm) and they could not get it fixed in time to run that heat.  But it was good to go for the following heat, so Stuey ran then.  Brianne finished her runs in Eddie's car that day during the correct heat.  Now that I think about it, they may have been running in AM.

Could be.  Is that the one at the bottom of the class with times fast enough for an easy win?   The results make it look like there was a protest of some kind.

    Much appreciated 47CP!

We were supposed to have this form printed and signed during competition days?  There's a spot for

    Signature, SCCA Scrutineer - Impound

    does that apply to Solo?

Nope, just fill out the parts that are specific to Solo.  Don't forget to fax in the results of YOUR class and not the entire event.

Tommy Saunders was placed at the bottom of the results despite top times.  He isn't listed as DSQ or DNF or anything else.  Just his times and his placement at the bottom.

    Mark,

Thanks.  But, to be clear, the only reason I won was because Mark M blew his transmission up on the first run Sunday.  He had a 1.3 second lead on Saturday that I could have never overcome.  In fact, he jumped in Youngers FS Shelby and with one more run he might have caught me.

I feel sorry for Mark becuase not only does he have a broken car, he also has to hear about losing to a mid packer like me.... :)

I just want to make sure everyone understands the results on Tommy's times.

Tommy helped with setup of the courses on Friday & graciously offered to DSQ himself.  He ran the courses in his car at the end of setup to make sure the courses "flowed" & to make sure there were no problems.  Tommy took a DSQ in order to make sure the courses were at there best for the event.

Folks like Tommy Saunders make the Texas Region Solo Program what it is!

    Thanks Tommy!!
