Have the 335xi coupe and sedan been classed yet?

I am thinking they would be classed in FS, but no clear classification yet that I could determine.  I haven't noticed them in Fastrack, am I missing the classification?

Also any opinions regarding the xi's potential as an autocross car would be appreciated.  Seem like they would have potential though they are a bit on the spendy side for me.

    Thanks.Big Smile

They've been classed in BSP.  It's in the April FastTrack under Tech Bulletins

So, there is no stock class for the 335? That's pretty weird.

the post was in refference to someone commenting on the fact that the 335 was classed in bsp in the latest fastrack.,  They will probably make the 335 listing to include all models just email the seb for clarification.  In any case the all wheel drive is not going to make up for the additional 200lbs that the car has to lug around.  With a curb weight around 3700-3800+lbs it will never get it done.

Tough call.  What's worse, being light and one-legged or fat and having some traction?

At this point, it appears not yet classified, and will email seb regarding such.

Yet DS says "3 series ('06 +) ", which seems to suggest that ALL of the current 3 series car go into DS.

It will be of little avail ... if the laws [or rules] be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood...

I read it that way initially, but it bothered me that the 335i is already classed in FS.  What would happen if I showed up in Topeka with one set up to run in DS?

I wanted let you guys know we picked up on this at the SAC and we'll recommend a class to the SEB.  It should get published May 20th.

My question was rhetorical...and I am glad they will soon be classed.
