    Progress is being made.

Roll bar with "other" bracing nearly done.

Motor is going to make more power and 1000 RPM more before it explodes.

    New transaxle

    new tires.

Sure you are up to it old man?   Might wanna stick to the Mini.

Looking good Joe, hope to see you around this year!

Memphis was a lot of fun yesterday, still don't know how "well" I did compared to the other guys.  Managed to get another guy hooked on Auto-X.  Well worth the drive to stand in the cold wind and be able to say that the shocks and brake pads were worth putting on the car (Thanks Brian!).  Oh, and speaking of Brian, something about "it's going to rain" kept him home... Maybe it is a little girl's car after all.

It's British, it won't run in the rain.

Thanks for coming up to play.  The results are posted at http://www.midsouthscca.org/index.php?name=CModsDownload .  You were in the top 10 in overall Pax.  Thats a good showing out of 39 drivers.

Brian head light switch has 3 positions.

    Dim, Dimmer and Smoke.

When you look up the circuit in the Lucas wiring guide it says " Perfectly normal"  Drive in the day time.

Yeah, I'd have to say the electronics are the weak point in the car. Chassis and suspension are good and so is the motor. Stupid electrons. When is the next Memphis event? I promise I won't wuss out next time.

I had a 75' TR6, took me six months to get it to run.  Had a 85' Jag.  Complete mystery.  Two gas tanks and no brain.. It would send gas from both tanks at the same time to the carbs and gas would pour out from an overflow in the front wheel well. Just pour out.  All electrical crap.

Brian, since I'm driving Joe's car, I might have a chance.
