Jeff Emery, the talented ex ASA, Florida Super Late Model, and SCCA Trans Am racer added to the Labor Day weekend heat at Sebring International Raceway winning overall and in the V8 GT-1 class in a dominating performance. Emery won both weekend races, running laps times comparable with the best laps run at Sebring in the Trans Am / GT-1 type Corvettes, Jaguars, and Mustangs. Emery's Nextel Cup powered winged Monte Carlo is prepared by master race car builder Fred Strube. C6 Corvette racer Bob Borders gamely gave chase, running some of his best lap times ever, however he was still no match for Emery's red, white and blue rocket. In the true stock car clases, Lee Arnold and Charles Wicht split the weekend races in their ex South West Tour type stock cars. The duo ran nose to tail for most of both races, passing and repassing each other. John Martin in his fast racer which utilizes a dirt super late model body ran solidly in third in both races. In the V8 GTA class, which is home to many of the ex ASA National tour cars, Mike Cope Racings' Jay Marshall took the win in race one and would have won the second race if not for a last lap spin handing the win to a closing Doug Bramer. V8stockcar,  Please explain to the racing community how the race 18 results include 6 drivers that did not race and 2 drivers that did not finish. I'm sure your explanation will clear-up any discrepancies.
