We'll be there....but on the double-x hoosiers....so chances are they'll be pretty toasted.

Shocks won't be ready until mid-summer....

Thanks!  Your car has different colored numbers.  Wink  I'll bet our wheels are heavier, too.  Rollseyes

Are you using Stock wheels?  The offset looks narrow from the photo....mine are +50 at 13lbs, my Legacy wheels in the garage are +55 and super-heavy.  Oh well, I think your Hoosiers make up for the weight.

Did you get the Car weighed at the Pro?  What is the '97 at versus the '98?  Do you have a sunroof or wing?  It's a sedan, right?  Mine is around 2670lbs with 3/4 tank fuel and the trailer hitch.

You need to come on back to HS and play with us before I have to come to STS2 give you a run for the money....Mr. Hollis (I says with respect and ducking the head down!) :)  This is where the REAL competition is and it is not just now a "Spec" Class.

Let's see....the last guy that issued such a challenge was Heyward, just before the Dixie Tour.  Didn't work out too well for Mr Wagner...  Wink

Yeah, we are on the stockers.  Our aluminum wheels weigh the same as our steel ones.  We have had zero luck finding aftermarket wheels with the correct offset.  I heard the ones you are on are no longer produced.

I think we are probably even on the weight.  We were a little lighter at Arkansas but we don't have a trailer hitch and we had a little less gas in it.  It's a sedan, no wing, no sunroof.

Hmm, this coming from the guy that has a red spoiler and some loud a$$ muffler on the back of his Civic.

Come to think of it, I guess that really isn't odd for a Civic.  Stick out tongue

Figures that you would only notice things at the back of the Civic, since that's the only view of the car you had when I totally dusted you in the Super Challenge.

    Cool

You got lucky.  You must have had some motorized cone out there run out in front of me.  Big Smile

Back to the latest real subject, we'll be in Atlanta for both events.  Hope to see a lot of H stockers there.

    Free HS DC Co-Drive

While the HS bus rolls along, I need to put this out there for consideration. I am offering to the right driver a chance to run my car at the '08 DC Pro for no fee!!

Only stipulations are I get any contingency that you win. Car will have brand new 710's for the event. I'd like a top tier driver to co-drive with me and see what the car is truly capable of. The car has trophied at both DC Pros I've run and I feel a better driver can win. This will be my last year in the car, as the lease is up next April. PM me if you are interested. Thanks all.

Back to regularly scheduled HS channel.Cool

Oh Scott...it doesn't matter who drives your car....if the saturn actually winds up with these shocks, an RSX won't be winning anyway!

I guess we will see. Check the VMSC results from this last weekend. It'd be cool to see an inexpensive car win though. Best of luck!

    Re: Free HS DC Co-Drive

I've got a seat open in an HS Mini for the Ft. Worth Tour.   So far the car has pax'ed 1st at 2 events this year and won the class at the Kansas City Divisional.  I'm not looking for any of my travel expenses or entry fee covered, maybe just pitch in a little on tires.  PM me for details if your interested.

You get those tires yet?  I got billed for them, so I assume you received them.

Where is everyone in HS for the ATL Tour?  Man, "THE" National Champion Jack Burns is going to be there.  I want another crack at him on a surface that is better than what we had to compete against on at Ky Speedway.  I was a shade faster scratch, but we both coned 4 of our 5 runs.  His clean run was  .2XX faster than mine.  Unless he comes to UK on the 11th, I may have to wait until then to run against him.

    Andy...Andy...Andy...

Would you come and play in STS2 at The Atlanta Tour if I had a car to drive against you in?  Just want to know before I go and "try" to buy a car just so I could say I had the pleasure to compete against you in.  So, whaadya say?  Or, you could take up the Mini co-drive offer and come and play in a class that has far exceeded anything that anyone calls a "Spec" class anymore.

BTW, when did you run HS?
