Course set up help needed for the Aussie.

The usual course set up crew will not be in attendance for the Aussie. If a few people could step up to help do the course set up, it would be greatly appreciated. The course is very simple and not very cone intensive. Set up should easily take less than a half hour.

If you are available to be there a little early to help out, please let us know. The Solo Chief's greatly appreciate your help.

    Thanks in advance.

    Geoff

due to my work schedule changing, I think I may be in town for this, what time are you thinking for setup?  I may be able to.

I usually have my team show up at about 6:30am but the Aussie course is much easier to set up than the others. I would guess 7am would be fine.

    Thanks!

Re: Course set up help needed for the Aussie.

We've got another problem. Phil took quite a fall this weekend and was banged up pretty good. I would doubt that he'll make it to the event. There may be a little more help needed than first thought. If anyone else doesn't mind lending a hand to do offer up a little extra help, the Solo Chiefs would greatly appreciate it.

Geoff, if you guys need an extra hand, I can kick myself out of bed a bit earlier to help you out.  I'm planning to be there early to help Bob out with Tech anyway. Smile

The Aussie course is easy so it shouldn't be too bad at all. Thanks to everyone who's stepping up to help, sorry that we can't make it.

Scott, we would greatly appreciate it.

I guess I wasn't very clear in my first post. Our usual set up team includes myself. I will be in Ohio that weekend. None of the usual course set up guys will be there.

Thanks to those of you that are willing to take over our duties for this event. It is greatly appreciated.

Dave, I didn't get one. Steve originally told me he would take care of everything including designing the course and doing the set up. Because of that and because of the OVR divisional being that weekend which I'm attending, I didn't think any more about it until last week when I got an e-mail from Phil that led to this thread. I assumed( ass, you, me... Yea, I know...) that Steve had already taken care of that.

Actually, if you want to shoot from the hip, you could lay out just about anything you would like on the morning of. Otherwise, I would make Steve cough up a course map for you.

Edit: Looks like Steve beat me to it.

Re: Course set up help needed for the Aussie.

I'll be finishing up the Rally I'm putting on next weekend, so I don't know if I will make it, or even which car I will bring.  I need to be there to get a good visual for the course set up I have coming for the September event.
