Due to other events in Grenada on the 13/14th weekend, we are postponing our event at the airport.
Beside the Thunder on the Water boat races at the lake, there is a wrestling event in the big white hanger which starts early Saturday and lasts into --- whenever. With several thousand people expected for this event, there is no way we can safely hold our event. Crowd control would be a real problem and the spectator parking area is right where we hold our events.
Mrs. Williams, airport manager, is checking on June 20/21 and June 27/28 - the military has notified her of parachute qualifing jumps on one weekend - there is a Womans Air Tour Race scheduled for June 23 - 26, bad weather anywhere on their route may force them to go into the weekend of 27/28th.
June might turn into a good month to visit some other regions for their A/X events.
