    Tire Shuttle

Looking for someone willing  to shuttle a set of rims w/ tires from WAI this Sunday, to Big Bear Tire. We're not able to make it down Saturday, and they're closed Sunday. Help?

(you can have the old tires if you want!)

    Re: Tire Shuttle

So what exactly do you need? I understand that you need someone to pick up some tires, however do you mean pick them up from Big Bear on Saturday and drop them off to you at Sunday's event? If so let me know!

    Re: Tire Shuttle

It would be picking up the tires Sunday at Miller Park, and dropping them off at Big Bear on Monday. (unless I can make arrangements with Marty to open up late Sunday) The timing is not the best..........

An alternate  plan is to  have the new tires  mounted earlier in the week, and then bring them to Miller Park on Sunday. Gonna be tough getting the rims down there early......

    Dale,

I'm not too far from Big Bear (heck of a lot closer than Greenfield!) and could take care of it for you.  I'm done with school this Friday, so all I had to do on Monday was sleep until noon.  I could wake up at 11 and wander over to Big Bear.

    Re: Tire Shuttle

Sorry I can't help you Dale, but glad that some are willing.  You are still owed a big favor after picking up my MR2 from Big Bear as a favor to me!

    Thanks again,

    Tim

    Re: Tire Shuttle

    Brad,

    Thanks for the offer.

Things are falling into place, where I think I've got it covered at this point.  (Some folks stubbornly insist that after 120+ runs the tires are gone..........)

If plan B falls apart, I'll PM you

    Thanks again

    Dale

    Re: Tire Shuttle

No problem. We've got plenty of space in the new trailer to house the tires for a night, and Big Bear is only about 10-15 minutes from our house, so it's no big deal at all.
