As an ICC engine, it will be potentially faster than the typical-for-autocross "Moto" Honda or Yamaha. That appears to have them headed for a weight penalty in 2009. Aside from that, ICC's are more critically difficult to tune, and far more expensive to rebuild, with shorter times between service needs. If none of that deters your interest, and the deal is cheap, have someone with knowlege of shifter karts look the entire setup over. Dale has the right idea, regarding EKN.
