    Basically the fact that everyone assume that the wider 225 Toyo would be faster than the 195 Toyo, so most people were just running the 225's instead of testing the 225's vs the 195's...

    Tim Smith discovered this fact that the Blytheville Super Tour early in the year, but no one seemed to notice or just didn't care to believe him...

    Well...what I'm hearing (completely unsubstantiated, rumors, yada, yada...) is that the 195's had a different compound.  They were produced for a JDM market or something, and they were not the same as the 225 compound.  I would like to learn more of course, but I haven't been able to look into it.  I never tested 195's, so I don't have any opinions.
