    For saturday Quali

    T3

    Rob H. 1:22.5

    Ian S. 1:22.7

    Mike K. 1:23.1

    SSC

    Mark M (freaking fast)

    Tim M

    Not sure

Luke and Joe didn't get to quali this morning due to a delay.

    Sunday

    T3

    Rob H. 1:22.3

    Mike K. 1:23.1

    Eric V.  (not sure)

    SSC

    Mark M 1:26.8

    Joe M 1:27.5

    Tim M. 1:27.8

    Ian S.  1:27.9

    Larry D. 1:28.3

As for stories I can only speak for myself. the T3 car is a real handful. We've gotta get it sorted a bit before the race or it won't be good. Mazda 3's are neat, I chased joe around for a bit and had him chase me.  I believe they are currently installing tims package.

SSC - Morning qual for sat race

    1.  Mark McCaughey - Celica - 1:26.0 - track record is 1:25.9 set back in them trunk kit days

    2.  Luke Russell - Mazda - 1:26.9 - basically had a 15 minute drifting exhibition experimenting w/ super secret tires.  i didn't like them.  back to hoosiers for race.

    3.  McTexas - Mazda - 1:27.4 - i think.  first time to roebling.  he'll get faster.

nobody else made it on track.

Great race in C today, maybe Mark and Luke can provide some details.  A last minute switch to a Mazda3 saw me driving the car for the first time on the warm-up lap!  Big thanks to Joe McTexas for working out something to keep me racing today!!

It was hot and hot all day, until the first raindrops fell as we left the grid.  It rained at turn 1 and the backside of the track off and on--but still ok for dry tires .  Mark M was in front, and won it, after a challenge from Tim Myers.  I moved up as I got used to the  3, and others quit or went off.  At the end, I could see Luke at some parts of the track, but there was no catchimng him.  Great Fun in Savannah!

    1st--MarkM, Cellica

    2md LukeR. Mazda3

    3rd LD71, Mazda3

    4th TimM, Mazda3

    5th, JoeM, Mazda3

Congrats to Robbie Davis for teh win  in B, and tahnks to Brad Davis and Rick Butler for an incredible amount of help at RR.

Tomorrow will be something new, running in the "dry heat" of Roebling Road !  Surprise

    Re: Roebling Road Db'l Nat

Finally got the hang of that 3.

    Sunday Morning Qualifying

    Mark M. 1:26.18 (hoosier)

    Jmac 1:26.22 (hoosier)

    Ian S. 1:26.23 (BFG)

Tim didn't make it out in the morning. Larry Ran out of gas on his flyer!

Race wasn't as exciting as yesterday and ended the same way it started. We all ran fast lap within .030 of each other.  I think I was a bit generous to getting lapped and lost the mark and joe after a bit.

    I believe race results were

    Mark M. 1:26.7 (hoosier)

    Jmac 1:26.7 (hoosier)

    Ian S 1:26.7 (BFG)

    Tim 1:27.6 (kumho)

Larry 1:27.8 (I think that's right correct me if I'm wrong larry) (kumho)

Big congrats to mark on two nicely done wins. He had a hard fight to keep jmac behind him today. I got a front row seat watching it all. He was very impressive all weekend!

    Re: Roebling Road Db'l Nat

Fun weekend, thanks to everyone that made it out.  StormUmbrella  Saturday was a little dicey in some spots with the rain on and off, I remember Joe going off at some point, and Luke being slowed by traffic.  Tim was all over me around lap 18 I think and got by me going into 3, it was slippery there at that point in the race and we both got loose some but he got the worst of it and went off into the sand.

Sunday was super close with Joe and me, and Ian was right there if something happened.  Joe ran a great race, gotta be the best race ive been in.  I really cant say how much fun it was out there, I had a great time.

    Great time visiting with everyone!
