    MidDiv Online Registration Problem

I created an account on myautoevents today with no problem but when I try to register and pay the site will not accept my city, state and zip code info, giving me an error message stating they are incomplete or invalid. Anyone run into this? I've tried every combination of upper/lower case,hyphen/no hyphen in zip code and apostrophe/no apostrophe in O'Fallon(IL) to no avail. I'm guessing only alternative is to contact myautoevents online  or is there a phone contact? Any input appreciated.

    Mike,

Shoot Steve Coutere an email at the listed address, he is VERY quick to respond.  Something is not right....

Thanks. I sent an email using the contact form on the website and haven't heard back yet. I'm sure it will get resolved.

    Re: MidDiv Online Registration Problem

After several email exchanges with Steve Coutere at myautoevents I was finally able to register online and wanted to share some info in case others encounter a similar problem. The paypal website would not accept my billing info and posted an error message saying my city, state and zip code info was incorrect or invalid. Since we knew that was not the case,I rechecked my online profile at *REMOVED CARD PROVIDER*,the card issuer, and noticed it was in all caps-which I had tried-but there was NO apostrophe in O'Fallon. When I did all caps with no apostrophe it accepted it. I'm now finally registered and looking forward to it as well as the 11th. In case anyone else encounters a similar problem the payment processing site is obviously very particular about the format of the required info.

-Edit from Chris: I removed the name of your card holder, assuming you also have insurance through them, no need to post that info here Smile
