Regarding the headliner, you can probably remove just enough of the headliner (a couple small strips) to allow proper positioning of the roll bar under section 16.1.P in the Solo2 rules.
Regarding the roll bar, the Solo2 roll bar rules (Appendix C) are so lax that you can run as many mounts to the body as you want. Four mounting points to the body is typical. Anything other then that will generate some interest from your competitors and the tech inspectors.
EDIT: Strike what I posted above regarding the roll bar mounting. The inscrutable Solo2 rule book has struck again. You have to read back to the Stock section 13.2.H to find out what they define as a roll bar, and even then they define it by omission (Ack!). The pertinent sentence: "A roll cage has more then four attachment point to the body or frame, or has bracing both fore and aft of the main hoop." What that means is that adding the additional mounting point o the B pillar turns you roll bar into a roll cage. Now you have to comply with the SCCA road racing cage building rules in the GCR.
