How do you even find the results once the event runs.  Once the event runs it drops from the list and isn't put into the archives.  For instance where's the Georgia tour results on the SCCA website?

BTW results here for day 1: http://scca.com/popup/raceresult.aspx?event=12307&file=232

My interesting story is that I used this opportunity at sea level to get some drag runs up in Fontana (110 miles from Qualcomm), since I live in Colorado.  I managed to finally squeak in an 11 thanks to the cool, dense air, then I drove back late Friday night through LA/SD traffic to get ready for Saturday morning.

I lead SM, but that's more by default than anything.  CSP is 4 seconds faster than I am, which is depressing!

Ted, I had trouble finding the event yesterday, too, because it fell off the list, but I eventually found a mini-blurb at the top right of the main Solo page that linked to it.

From the front page click "SOLO".  Then, the SD Tour mini-blurb and picture appears on the right side.  Mouseover the "MORE" button and you'll see the link for results.  It also has the run/work order which is useful in deciphering the results, since some classes ran early on a dirty course and look slow compared to other classes they should usually beat.

I have no idea how to get to Dixie.  That stuff should be showing up in the Archive, but it's not.

You can get to it (and other National events that "fell off" the standard listings) by clicking on "Events" in the main gray navigation bar and then clicking on "Go to archive" on the right of the navigation bar for "Upcoming Events".  If you bracket the dates of the event you are looking for in the past and choose "Show", a link will come up.  To make it a little easier, you can use the filter to show only National events of the type you are looking for and then you don't have to weed through a bunch of irrelevant events which also lets you be a little looser on the dates you choose.  Not exactly the most efficient solution but it seems to work...

Hey David, here's what happen to me.

After much work getting the car together at the last hour, we arrived early for practice only to find we hit the highest dB recorded a 99 dB. Ouch!

I ran out and got a great referral to Budget Mufflers, and went downtown to Chinatown! I first was told it could be done in time. After finding a used BMW 535 duel bullet muffler in their scrap pile and three hours of work I was back with stainless steel muffled extentions. It was surprising how good they look for such a little time to do it. Mike at Budget Muffler looked at it and said that it should drop it 10 dB. He was right on.

Miss you at San Diego after our run at it last year.
