The biggest change is that due to a lack of regional events to attend, the required number of days of competition has been dropped to 4.

I'm *thinking* about going down to the SE Division Championship in November more for the experience than anything else. I will have only completed 3 days of competition (instead of the required 4).  Silly question, but will I be eligible to compete?
