I have no smack cuz I have no car.

Even worse I am going to be Co-driving a good friends Miata. Hard to talk smack bout that as I have NEVER driven his car before.  I do know that it is reportedly fast with a good driver,  am I that driver?  Guess we will see when the smoke clears for the day.

Kart 77 you might want to bring that Kart so you can stay ahead.

I feel very lucky your car isn't running Confused  My "hairdresser" car isn't really fast enough for a big bad MR2.

Seriously, looking forward to this event and getting on a wide-open course.  See you all Saturday morning.

    Phuong's info sent, Adam.

If you Cajuns want to get to the site early-ish, you're welcome to take the lead on course design.

    Who needs a co-driver?

Day light starts at 5:30.   I know this because that's what time I tell the Sun to be up for work.

Drew do I detect the absence of a certain Exige owner at this event?

Dang it and me without my 914.

Yep, two of my favorite car owners (Brian and Ryland) aren't going to be able to make it this weekend.

Eric, 8:30 is probably about right for starting course setup. I'll email you a course map, although I can't swear to its accuracy. Looks pretty close though.

You're welcome to co-drive my car if you don't mind street tires.  I plan on coming Sunday at least, not sure about Saturday yet.

Course design is on Rev A as we speak.  It's going to be a hoot.  We are not used to this much room to design courses.

I scribbled something down and sent it to you.  probably not to the best scale but hopefully close.  I used one of james lee's maps as the background.  I have not been there for two years so it is hard to visualize exactly everything to consider. So I am sure some tweaking will need to be done. But it is a good start. Feel free to use it, tweak it, revise it, trash it, whatever. I will be there ~ 8am to help setup. So how long is it to there from Jackson (Brandon actually) and what is the best way?

So can I count course setup as a work assignment for Sunday so I can potentially pull out a little early? I have a 4+ hour drive and a 5:30 am flight out of Mobile on Monday.

WOOT can't wait to go fast.

You probably want to take Highway 25.  It should take you about 3 hours:

It's purely cruise control highway with the exception of 1 all way stop coming through louisville. Definitely the route i'd recommend, and I make the drive from starkville to baton rouge ~15 times a year.
