BTW, Darrin, if you're reading this thread.... any chance we'll see the RT/60ft times? Since the display was down on Sunday morning, I am hoping you'll be able to post that data.

I forgot to get the file before I left DC.  As soon as I get the results file I will post the RT/60 Ft times.

    Should be today or tomorrow.

    Darrin

As promised, here are the RT/60ft times from DC.  As normal, these are unofficial.

    Thank you!! :)

The 60 ft. times are interesting.  Looking at DS, the AWD cars (R32 and Talon) gained 1/2 second per side on the launch over the RWD & FWD cars.  Adding the 2 sides, that's a 1 second advantage, which was the difference between 1st and 10th place.  I knew they had an advantage on the launches, but I never knew it was that much.

    I knew Sad

It's especially hard to overcome on such short courses.

    I knew as well, 1.3 back = 11th

sadly, I also seem to have one of the slowest 0-60' times in the class, second to the ITR which doesnt seem to mind being slow off the line.

3080lbs launching up a hill is a tough feat

hopefully toledo paints a different picture

Hey, at least you have a limited slip.  I had to launch a 3450 lb. sedan with one-wheel drive.

With a mid-engine or rear-engine car it doesn't matter as much.  I autocrossed various MR2s for years and never missed the lack of a limited slip, but the BMW really needs one.  However, even with an LSD I'd still be way behind the AWD cars at a ProSolo launch.  I was working the course while the BSP cars were running and the M3 lost 2 car lengths almost immediately against the BSP rally cars.
